BICEP CURL

How to do a bicep curl:

Starting position: Stand with feet hip-width apart, holding a dumbbell in each hand

Curl: Rotate your palms up, exhale, and curl the weights up to your shoulders

Lower: Slowly lower the weights back to the starting position

Tips for proper form:

  • Maintain a stable stance: and avoid rocking your hips.

  • Keep your elbows close to your body: throughout the movement.

  • Focus on controlled movements: and avoid using momentum.

  • Squeeze your biceps at the top of the movement .

  • Slowly lower the weight: to control the movement.
