BICEP CURL
How to do a bicep curl:
Starting position: Stand with feet hip-width apart, holding a dumbbell in each hand
Curl: Rotate your palms up, exhale, and curl the weights up to your shoulders
Lower: Slowly lower the weights back to the starting position
Tips for proper form:
Maintain a stable stance: and avoid rocking your hips.
Keep your elbows close to your body: throughout the movement.
Focus on controlled movements: and avoid using momentum.
Squeeze your biceps at the top of the movement .
Slowly lower the weight: to control the movement.
