ELBOW TO HAND PLANK

How to perform elbow to hand plank:

Start in an elbow plank: Begin in a plank position with your elbows on the ground, directly below your shoulders, and your body forming a straight line from head to heels. 

Transition to a straight-arm plank: Lift one hand off the ground, followed by the other, to transition to a straight-arm plank position. 

Maintain core engagement: Keep your abs and glutes contracted throughout the movement, ensuring a straight line from head to heels. 

Return to the elbow plank: Slowly lower one hand back down to the elbow, followed by the other, to return to the elbow plank position. 

Repeat: Continue alternating sides and transitioning between the elbow and hand plank positions, maintaining a straight body line and core engagement throughout.
