DUMBBELL LUNGE

How to do a dumbbell lunge:

Start: Stand with feet shoulder-width apart, holding a dumbbell in each hand.

Step: Take a large step forward with one leg, landing on the heel of that foot.

Lower: Bend both knees until your front thigh is parallel to the ground and your back knee is bent to about 90 degrees.

Drive: Push through your front heel to return to the starting position.
