DEAD BUG
How to perform a dead bug:
Starting Position: Lie on your back with your arms extended straight up towards the ceiling and your knees bent at a 90-degree angle, as if in a tabletop position.
Movement: While keeping your core engaged and your lower back pressed to the floor, slowly lower one arm back towards the floor while extending the opposite leg away from your body.
Control: Maintain control throughout the movement, stopping the arm and leg just before they touch the floor.
Return to Starting Position:
Slowly return both the arm and leg to the starting position, keeping your core engaged.
Repetitions:
Repeat the movement on the opposite side.
